Any user found to be using our services to enhance their online presence with the intention of conducting scams, pyramid schemes, or other fraudulent activities will have their account terminated immediately and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Payment Authorization and Fraud Prevention:

60-Day Retention Guarantee: Our retention guarantee covers all products and services provided by UpNumbers for a period of 60 days from order completion. During this period, we will replace any lost followers, likes, views, plays, or other metrics 100% free of charge.

Guarantee Conditions:

• The retention guarantee is void if you violate any terms of service outlined in this document.
• You must contact our support team immediately upon detecting any loss of delivered services within the 60-day period.
• The guarantee does not cover losses due to platform algorithm changes, account suspensions, or violations of platform terms.
• We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service operability due to external factors beyond our control.

Service Expectations: While we strive for excellence, the expected number of followers, likes, views, or other metrics is not guaranteed in any specific timeframe due to platform variables and external factors.

Order Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order and claim a full refund only if the order has not yet been processed on our side. Once order verification begins and the delivery process starts, cancellation is not possible.

Account and Data Modification Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from making any alterations to your social media accounts or specified content during the service delivery period. This includes but not limited to:

• Changing account usernames or handles

• Deleting or significantly altering content
• Running concurrent marketing campaigns from other providers

Any modifications that adversely affect service delivery may result in order cancellation with retention of all payments. Our refund policy does not apply when account modifications prevent successful service completion.

Exclusive Campaign Requirement: Under no circumstances must any other marketing campaigns be run simultaneously with your UpNumbers campaign. This restriction is critical for service quality and performance measurement.

Performance Tracking and Quality Assurance: While providing our services, we track and measure the performance of the products we deliver to ensure their quality and effectiveness. Any other campaigns running simultaneously could affect the accuracy of the metrics we track, making it impossible for us to assess the quality and effectiveness of our services.

Campaign Interference Policy and Consequences:

• If you run any other marketing campaigns alongside your UpNumbers campaign, we reserve the right to claim credit for all subsequent benefits of the combined campaigns.
• We accept no liability or responsibility for any negative effects that may occur due to multiple promotional strategies being run simultaneously.
• Violation of this policy may result in immediate service termination without refund, as it compromises our ability to deliver and measure service quality.
• Any interference with our performance tracking may void all service guarantees and warranties.
• We reserve the right to suspend service delivery if concurrent campaigns are detected during the service period.

Refund Exclusions: No refunds will be provided if:
